A manual stacker is a cargo transport device that can lift and move cargo vertically and horizontally by manual operation. It is widely used in various warehouses and factories. Manual stackers are usually divided into two types: manual hydraulic type and manual worm and worm type.

Manual stacker is mainly used to shuttle back and forth between the lanes of stereoscopic warehouses, store cargo at the entrance of the lane into the cargo compartment or take cargo out of the cargo compartment and transport it to the entrance of the lane. This equipment is suitable for operations in narrow passages and limited spaces, especially for palletized loading and unloading in high-bay warehouses and workshops.
Placement and adjustment: Place the manual stacker in the operating area and make sure it is placed stably and that all four corners are firmly in contact with the ground. There are generally two pedals at the bottom of the manual stacker. First, step on the pedals hard, lift the fork to the appropriate height, and then start moving the cargo.
Moving and loading: Move the manual stacker to the front of the cargo, and move the truck to a position close to the cargo. At this time, the fork of the manual stacker should be perpendicular to the cargo and close to the cargo flap. Then, step on the pedal hard to make the fork fit tightly with the cargo flap, and then step on the other side of the pedal to insert the fork into the cargo.
Lifting and carrying: Adjust the cargo height of the manual stacker to the required position, and then step on the pedal of the fork to lift the cargo to the corresponding height.
Regular inspection: Check the manual stacker before operation to ensure that all parts are intact. During use, strictly follow the operating steps to avoid unauthorized changes or improper operation.
Cleaning and lubrication: During use, fill the equipment lubricant regularly to ensure smooth and stable operation of the equipment. When cleaning the equipment, pay attention to using special cleaning tools and cleaning fluids, and do not use strong acid and alkali cleaners.
